I used this location for a larger coffee traveler order. I worked with Beth, the manager, and it was a super smooth and easy process. I paid ahead so all I had to do was pick up the order the 3 mornings that I needed the coffee. Beth made sure the order was fresh and ready on time with all the extra fixings (cups, lids, different sweeteners, creamer). She even had everything loaded into a Safeway cart for me so I could make it to my car in one trip. I highly recommend working with Beth at this Starbucks location if you need coffee for a large group.

This Starbucks was very dirty floors bathroom tables all of it showing needs to be wiped down. Staff was nice once you had their attention it seemed more worried about talking to each other than doing the cleaning that needed to be done. Coffee was good.

Somebody told me I have to try Dutch Bros. in Reno. But as of right now Starbucks is my #1 favorite coffee shop. The caramel frappuccino with an extra espresso shot is perfect every time.
