I ordered the feta, spinach & egg white wrap and a grande hot white chocolate mocha with 3 extra pumps of sweetner. I feel like the photographs say all there is to say about the wrap. It’s mostly just bread. Not sure where the feta is and these spinach is all at the bottom. The white chocolate mocha with extra sweetener is the exact same as the white chocolate mocha with no extra sweetener that I got 2 days ago. So they charged me for the sweetener but they did not add the sweetener. The food sucks. The coffee is mediocre at best. But hey the girl behind the drive-thru counter was super nice. At least when she was able to speak since she was doing three jobs at once.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service experience I have EVER received at a Starbucks! Gave me the wrong coffee and food order through the drive thru. When I called to let them know the woman who answered the phone was ghetto rude complaining to me they were short handed when I saw 3 people working imside serving 2 drive thru customers. Then she hung up on me! I’m appealing this charge on my credit card and NEVER going here again!!! Sorry…this Starbucks sucks.

It was super fast! And when I got my drink I could tell why. I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one has to be the absolute worst. I’ve never had a bitter tasting frappe, and all the syrup was on one side of the cup and none on the other. When I got it, it looked like it was already melting. (Bad flavor & bad presentation) Never coming here again.

The employees here at this location do not know how to be friendly. They consistently mess up the most simple of orders. Cold brew with splash of milk. The overall rudeness, rolling of their eyes, failure to make mobile orders, etc is not within correct Starbucks practices.

Ordered a sandwich on mobile order. Said it was ready at 734am got to window and the young women working didn’t acknowledge me standing there for 10 mins. Noted it’s raining and cold. I told her I had a mobile order under Kendall which she immediately started looking at the drinks so I let her know if was a sandwich. Without looking she said someone’s working on it. They took care of three other customers that walked up after me with large drinks and food orders. After an additional 20 I had to get back in line since the lady didn’t want to acknowledge me and ask for my order to which I was told they don’t have it. She said this without looking to see if it’s even in the system or not. I had to ask them to make me the sandwich. Almost 40 mins later finally leaving with the JUST A SANDWHICH.8:02am (A simple heat up sandwich).
