Definitely my favorite location to grab a quick coffee while grocery shopping, baristas Eleni and Aspen are always so friendly and caring, always deliver great customer service and make my drink perfect every time! Keep up the awesome work!

Barista Aspen was very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I ordered a trenta without ice and she literally filled the cup to the halfway mark and refused to fill it up and said that her store director told her she can’t unless its with ice. 1st its wrong to give a customer half of a drink for full price and 2nd its wrong to put your employee in a very bad position by making this ridiculous rule. I’ll be sure to drive the extra distance to a real Starbucks where they don’t have the same ridiculous service and rules.

Staff seemed friendly but weird and would not hand you anything but would specifically put stuff on the counter centimeters from your outreached hand . Didnt feel welcome here at all. Drink tasted off as well and threw away after two tastes.

Baristas were very unprofessional. She seemed very annoyed when I asked for her to make sure my drink is dairy free since I have a really bad allergy (They’re not busy at all). She even rolled out her eyes so I had to watch her make my drink to make sure she makes my drink correctly.

Waited 20 minutes for a $6 iced cold brewed that tasted like water. Recommend going to the full establishment. My spinach wrap was at least hot.

The service has gone down. I used to come here every morning for coffee and the staff was great. Lately I rarely come because the baristas don’t make the drinks correctly, even when I tell them the way it’s made. Today they tried to charge me $7 for a coffee that I get all the time and costs $5.65, even at that they charged me $6.35. It’s not even the money that matters, it’s being able to count on getting a good experience and for the past few months it just hasn’t been. I’ll drive the extra time and distance to go somewhere else because something is consistently wrong when I get coffee here.

By far my favorite Starbucks. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, prompt and just awesome. They go out of their way to make your drinks just way you like them. The managers of this location are also fabulous. Thank you for not treating me like the other locations do.

One of the best, and my usual go to Starbucks location. All the employees i have dealt with here have been incredible, very nice, friendly and they make our drinks correctly and quickly. they also have a great selection of hot and cold cups and accessories (surprising for a location inside a grocery store). we stop by here more often when we arent grocery shopping than if we are. Even without a drive through its fast and convienent. you wont be disappointed.

I buy my “French Roast “ whole bean coffee at Costco and since the pandemic they have either removed or taped off grinders. I have gone to many a Starbucks and they happily ground my coffee for me except for this one. The “Barista “ refused to grind my coffee for the simple reason it was not purchased in her kiosk. The Costco coffee was unopened and yet she still refused! That is a horrible policy, it’s like having to take your car to the same place you bought it for service even if it was out of the state!

Normally a good location with excellent coffee and friendly service. Today however, the male barista handling the register was incredibly dismissive, rude, and unpleasant over all. When asking about the availability of a specific hot food item he motioned to the food box and said “-just whatever’s in there.” He went on to impatiently sigh and rub his face while taking our order. His tone and demeanor were very unwelcoming. Our 2 hot drinks then took longer than usual to make due to this male barista and his female coworker chatting while standing around idly. Needless to say, it’s worth your while to make the drive to a standalone location where you can hope for better service. Update: the coffee was also less than good. Terrible experience all around.
