The young ladies that were working yesterday 03/13/23 around 12 were amazing!! They had a line of people and they got their order and were making drinks, they worked so well together! I didn’t even have to wait for my drinks really, by the time I paid the other girl was finishing up my drinks.

They are usually on their game but today was the worst Strawberry Acai drink I’ve ever had. No flavor or sweetness…no strawberries in it but one lonely little piece. Clearly a rookie barista but when you pay what you pay you expect the drink to be made right.

Use to love the lattes but their service has gone down in the last ten years. I use to get the lattes the way I like, now I hear, “Sorry, we don’t have sprinkles, we don’t have cinnamon, we just make it one way….Goodbye Starbucks. I’ll make it myself at home.!!

On Monday afternoon, I walked in for my daily Pink drink and as I was ordering, I couldn’t stop to notice a taller, older women with black hair being extremely inattentive to the customers. As it was my time to order, I got the rudest attitude. I was sure that I approached her in a kind manner, but clearly not with the behavior reciprocated.

My daughter and I absolutely love this Starbucks! All of the baristas are amazing and are always so welcoming. This is definitely our favorite location. It is well manged and it shows.
