I agree with all of the other bad reviews about this location. I ordered a dragon drink with extra inclusions but hardly got any fruits. I paid extra but didn’t get what I paid for. It’s obvious that the women that work here are not happy with their jobs so they have to give horrible customer service and the quality is greatly affected.

Website says they close @8 been here before 8 and it’s closed also no where it says they close to take lunch or something because has happened i come @2 and they’re Closed and no sign any where giving at least a brief explanation!…you need to fix your hours!

Shows it is open till 8 pm but serval times already I have arrived between 7:30-7:50 and it is closed. I even asked an employee and she said it closes exactly at 8 but obviously their hours need to be updated.

Black stuff all over the danish. The women was making coffee and handling food with soap suds all over her arm and hand. Had to have my americano remade because “i need to be specific that i don’t want a half a cup of cream in it” I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a long wait. If you’re not a regular i guess you’re not important.

9/19/22 Today I got an iced caramel machiato and It was horrible, tasted just like milk no coffee, I told the person made me another coffee but with attitud and just felt like she wanted to throw the coffe in my face, it was her mistake not mine and is not the first time, usually there rude, they give us what they have, not what we want, I don’t like the people at this store.

We are regular customers and have never had a bad experience at other Starbucks. Usually excellent customer service. But tonight, TERRIBLE service by Sagavia (sp?). 1. On cell phone when customers are ordering. 2. We come back when our hot chocolates that taste like banana syrup was put in them. First thing you say is “No there’s not!”. And continue arguing with us. Really? Take a class in customer service and proper drink recipes. Here’s what should be in hot chocolate drinks: “Starbucks makes its hot chocolate with mocha syrup that’s used for a variety of other drinks in the store. A barista combines mocha syrup with a couple squirts of vanilla syrup and heated milk, and he then finishes off the drink with a sweet pile of whipped cream.” NOT powder and milk.
