Arrived here today around 4:15pm. Ordered two mocha Fraps with 2 extra shots each. Didn’t pay attention. Almost zero ice. Blended until gone, perhaps? Only one barista working at this time. What a waste of $20.00.

Ordered a drink, it wasn’t made correctly and I politely asked for them to remake it, “Shay” was unpleasant and gave me a dirty look when I asked for my drink to be remade. The drink was made the exact same way. For how much you pay for a drink, i would think they would be more than willing to remake it, and not be rude about it.
