Went in to order a pink drink and the girl at the counter was slow to even acknowledge us and then when it was time for her to take our order she rudely said they were out of pink drinks and walked away to go talk with her friend.

Waited at least 20 minutes for a random girl to be on her phone and when she finally spoke she told us they were closed when they clearly weren’t. There were at least four other people there waiting for a good while and unfortunately had to leave because of the lack of customer service. Will not return.

I usually don’t post reviews but we just had the worst experience at this Starbucks since we’ve moved to Park City. An older woman was working and instead of telling us she was out of oat milk, she took our money and proceeded to make the drink with 2% milk. We have a child with a life threatening dairy allergy. When I informed her of this she said they were out of oat milk and she just ‘chose the lesser of two evils’. She did not apologize and when I asked her for a refund since there was nothing else we could subsitute with, she just continued to serve other customers and disregard us. Had I not had a gut feeling and watched her make the drink my child could have had a serious reaction and it would have cost us thousands in medical bills.

Been coming to this particular Smith’s Starbucks for about 20 yrs. Wow what a low to none customer service today! Waitied 14 minutes in line with 2 people AHEAD of me. Got to order two things the 3rd was a refill. Today, Diana the Latina/Hispanic barista refused my refill. I asked after all this time waiting. why are you all a$$hats to your customers and do not want to add refill to my order? She entered an argument with me, stating YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR ATTITUDE ELSEWHERE BECAUSEMY DAY HERE HAS BEEN A HELL! Indeed I will, and went on talking to Jose the manager of Smith’s.

We had the worst customer service we have ever received. We were harassed about our masks not being high enough 3 times even though they were above our nose and asked to stand outside to wait for our drinks. We were more than 6 feet from anyone and at the back of the store. We will never go back to Starbucks because of how bad we were treated. If I could give them negative stars I would have.

I order the same thing every time. White chocolate mocha and they made me a mocha. The girl who made it was not the person who took the order so she didn’t know but I needed to purchase another venti coffee to get it right. Should I have paid for that second coffee? Not sure but I didn’t order a mocha. I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for someone making me the wrong coffee but it’s the point of charging me again when they made the mistake.

By far the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. The woman on the register training was awesome! But the barista she was working with had no clue what customer service is. Plus I ordered 3 drinks that were not made right at all. I’ll be going to the “real” Starbucks next time. This one is a waste of time and money.
