The nicest and most patient baristas!! We were traveling with family that weren’t super familiar with the Starbucks menu. Not only were the baristas patient, they were great at recommending drink choices for our family members. Everyone loved what they got! They did have a now hiring sign posted and appeared to be in the process of training but that didn’t change our great experience at all. Great job Starbucks!

This was my first time at this location. Nice store and the barista who took my order was very friendly. I ordered an iced latte with a vanilla foam topper. I was waiting for my drink and I saw the barista( male, dark hair) double flip off the vanilla foam he had just made. I understand people have bad days but there is no need for rude gestures towards innocent drinks.

Poor customer service. Stephanie acted annoyed that I showed up to buy a drink. She wouldn’t answer my question, then said, “I’m super confused” about the question (I patiently asked three times). She needs training. Last time I went to this Starbucks I ordered a Carmel cream frappuccino and they forgot the Carmel but chalked it up as a mulligan. Two times in a row tells me it’s the management. Find a different Starbucks, might be worth the drive to Kimball.

I went there, it took forever to get my beverage. There were two ladies working and there was no line. The employees seemed pissed that I was there, and they just kept talking to each other even after I caught there attention. Starbucks get off your butt, obviously there has already been complaints about these employees, you need to get rid of them or your reputation is going to take a nosedive at this location.

They got my drink wrong and they were being sassy about weather or not I wanted to have them make what I ordered. Then they gave me a small when I ordered a large. Pretty disappointing

Never again!!!! Found that I was not getting what I apaid for and they were not happy when I called them out on it, offering to remake my coffe with an extra shot of attitude
