This location CLEARLY needs to be retrained on their recipes! They are constantly running out of syrups even first thing in the morning! I ordered a venti iced chai tea with sugar cookie syrup (out of at 8 am) and sweet cream cold foam. I got something else oh well I need the energy TODAY!

I usually love all of the staff and people, but today some new Barista (Female) acted like I was stupid for trying to help her out and it may have just been a misunderstanding but it honestly didn’t want to make me come back I didn’t feel welcomed anymore, and she kept saying things quietly under her breath so I wouldn’t hear them but I did.

I was shocked to see bad reviews on here, a drink mess up really isn’t that big of a deal, things happen! My sister had coffee in her frap when she asked for none, they apologized and remade it without any problems! Super super friendly staff every time I go, amazing drinks, they always fulfill my extra requests, always strike up a little conversation, and are usually working alone, which is stressful! And I’d say they’re doing a great job and I’m impressed with this location

Today September 01, 2022 around 4 pm, my wife and I stopped at Starbucks inside Ridley and bought 2 drinks. The service person was terrible, she is not open to criticism. She sold us a Frappuccino without whipping cream and got defensive because I told her that it would be a good idea to tell her customers before they pay that they are out of whipping cream and let them decide if they still want to buy it or not. Very bad experience, and we are definitely not giving this business another chance.

My girlfriend and I went to get a Mango Dragonfruit refresher. We asked for no ice, no water, as we usually do. After we got the drink it had both ice and water. Not being rude we just asked that the order be the way we ordered. The girl rolled her eyes and snatched the drink, dumped a few things, put the lid back on and thrust it back at us; still with ice and water. I understand she was busy and stressed, but still no excuse for poor service and attitude. Even though it’s Sunday (which are getting busier) maybe management could add another server, so they’re not by themselves getting overworked.

What can I say. Best coffee, best service! Mocha Latte extra mocha is my favorite! It’s so hard for me however because I love coffee all kinds all flavors, I even love their Mocha Frappuccino two extra shots of espresso to get me going and I’m ready for any. I think one of the best things is I go in so often the great staff will have my latte or frappuccino ready as I’m walking through the door! Like I said, great coffee, excellent service!
