Got two iced cinnamon dolce coffees with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and vanilla cold foam. The foam tasted like plain frothed milk, no cinnamon on top and tasted like there was no syrup at all. Literally an ordinary iced coffee with milk and foam

No consistency, vanilla sweet cream cold brew, should be simple enough right? It’s either too sweet to drink n ends up in the trash or not enough cream n tastes terrible. Rarely do they get it right to where it’s just “good”, certainly never been amazing. Was going there daily for last month, yesterday was the last day I’ll throw a drink in the trash. Too many good coffee shops around to waist money here.✌️✌️

Went to this Starbucks this morning. The girls were nice but both must be new, they had no idea how to make drinks, and the wait was an eternity. The line kept getting longer as one girl flipped through a book of drinks and the other called her manager. I asked for an extra shot in my latte and either she put two extra shots or their espresso machine is dirty because my drink tasted incredibly burnt.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I ordered a matcha Frappuccino and while I was waiting for my order they talked about how matcha taste like grass clippings. One girls name was Maggie the other didn’t have a name tag but she also just stood there on her phone while Maggie made my drink.

The baristas are very friendly and, although sometimes very busy in the mornings, they always get your order out correctly and with a smile! Would recommend and I personally think their drinks taste the best comparing to the other Starbucks.
