I have been to this location several times. There is always a HUGE wait in line and the last 4 times I have gone they have been out of several drink options. I have left empty handed 4 times in a row!!! Whoever runs this location is NOT capable of management. I would recommend going to the Starbucks down the road in city market. They are fast and always have everything in stock.

Staff are terrific here. Always nice and helpful. They have a drive through also. But I go into the store to just sit and relax. They get busy sometimes but are still always nice to all. And you get your coffee in record time!

The staff at this Starbucks is just the best! I prefer to only get my drinks here, they are consistent and very knowledgeable about what drinks taste like and offer that knowledge. With each drink costing at about $6 it had better be good.
