So very disappointed. We seldom get Starbucks because there is not one near us and we happen to be driving through Sterling and noticed a Starbucks so we stopped. I ordered 2 LARGE ice chai lattes with oat milk and they gave us hot chais so I told them we ordered iced so they switched them to ice but I’m pretty sure these are not large? They also tasted like oat milk with no chai. 🙁

I went through their drive thru around 9 A.M. today (Saturday) and they were moderately busy when I pulled in so I was prepared for there to be a a wait. There were about six cars ahead of me but I was only in line for about 10 minutes and the lady that took my order was very nice. Overall a great experience.

I know this place is new and they have new workers but i’ve tried a few different times and the drinks have been very bad. I hope they get better but as of now would not recommend.

We were on a road trip and drove miles out of the way for starbucks. This location had bad reviews and I didn’t know why when we walked in. After leaving, we realized both of our drinks were wrong and mine was made so horribly it was undrinkable. We tossed them, so disappointing since starbucks isn’t cheap and we had to get gas station coffee.

Attempting to make a quick stop vehicle was parked & blocking the drive thru. Not sure what the point of the drive up if it’s not going to be open. Drove to scooters instead. Took me less than 5 minutes to place & receive my order.

Glad that there’s finally a Starbucks in Sterling! My coffee order was great as expected. Very busy store.

we’re from out of state and travel often for work so we have been to plenty Starbucks. These baristas need to be retaught how to make drinks, I’ve tried twice here and both times my drink has tasted burnt from not knowing now to make the espresso correctly. They are always out of refreshers and a lot of coffee/tea choices

Very disappointed. I came to this location on a road trip to college- I was excited to get the drink that I always get from Starbucks but the barista seemed confused. I politely told her what I meant and it wasn’t a big deal. I got my drink, (and they forgot the creamer), and when I took a sip a dead fly was in my drink. Upon further examination there was another dead fly in my cup. Very surprised that TWO dead flies happened to end up in there? I’m also a barista from a different coffee shop and I find it hard to believe that you wouldn’t notice this while making a drink. Not sure if this was on purpose, but regardless, it should NEVER happen. Ruined my day.

Barista‘s are rude every time I go through, they don’t listen and interrupt mid sentence. What’s worse is today they had the menus still turned on at 4:03PM, but upon my arrival they said they were now closing at 4p. So although the 3 cars in front of me were allowed to get their drinks, I was stuck in the back of the line without being allowed to order mine. There were many others driving up behind me who also got turned away, so why you decided to close at 4p is a true mystery. I will stick with the other local shops from now on.
