They have a good selection of non – coffee items. Their line system is good. The people who actually give you your food/drink after you’ve paid though, need to pay attention to their job instead of standing around fiddling with their phones & talking with one another. Just because it’s not a rush hour situation and someone isn’t buying coffee doesn’t mean they aren’t an important customer too. At least they were friendly and did apologize for making me wait.

I went to get some bad news from a friend; had a Chai tea latte served from a very sweet guy who could tell I was a little “off.” He was so kind and encouraging despite not knowing anything about me or what was going on. Made my whole day better. I appreciated it very much. Tea was awesome too 🙂

The employee that served me was friendly and authentic. Which in customer service it’s easy to lose the realness of human to human connection. He succeeded in warmly greeting every costumer, as well as genuinely caring about their day. I wish I payed attention to his name tag, so he could get credit. Tall, young guy that said he opens. Sorry for being vauge.

This is my go to store! I know pretty much everyone that works here. Even if someone new starts working they get to know who me and my children are. I’ve never had any issues with anyone here. Not even with customers. They can get busy but I like how they still keep it professional and easy going at the same time. Thanks to a previous employee my daughter has a favorite drink that has NO coffee and is NOT on the menu.
