This Starbucks (perhaps all of them) has decided to prioritize drive through as opposed to customer in the actual place. There are fewer tables (the place looks half empty), service is slow (staff is busy filing drive trough orders) and the last time I was there there was no longer free wifi. Not recommended.

The male manager at this location is extremely rude. Was with my family and requested a drink be remade due to not liking it (we were told that would be ok if we didn’t like it as it was a new one for us-the macadamia drink)…The manager was very rude about remaking it and at first was not willing to make a different drink. He continued to argue and then said, “It’s not our fault you don’t like the drink”. Correct, it is not their fault however, we were told that it would be remade with no issue if it was not good. The main point of this is that arguing with a customer is not appropriate nor necessary. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back to it.

The supervisor girl was super mean with me and my dog, which was barking a little… she say that my dog was “without control” and “jumping to people”…. Which it was not true. She was barking a little …. But not to get to that point to kick me out of the place. She was really not nice and very arrogant. She didn’t provide me more information or service and treat me like a treat, like if I was a danger because i touch her arm. I really felt discriminated, judged, nonhuman and feel her bad reaction against me. When the only thing I wanted was a coffee and sit and eat my breakfast with my dog. Starbucks lost a client today because of his hypocrites norms and non dog-friendly policies. Specially the way to treat people and kick them only to bring a dog, and make them not feel welcoming or even human people.

I ordered a drink at the drive thru and realized they made both of my drinks incorrectly, then once I came inside to politely ask them to be remade, they were extremely rude! They wasted the mess up and threw it in the trash instead of offering it to me or to one of their coworkers. I’m extremely disappointed in this Starbucks and I will be taking my business to a different Starbucks or perhaps Ziggis and Dunkin’.

Stopped in the afternoon, there were a lot of employees but nobody really doing anything. No one greeted the gentleman in front of us for over 5 mins. Our order of 3 coffees took at least 15 mins. Employees were chatting with each other through the headsets.
