Terrible customer service. Stopped to charge my Tesla next door. I walked in to the lobby and was told they were short staffed and the lobby was closed. So I walked over to the drive thru because it was the only way to order. Even though there was only 1 car at drive up window and no other cars in line, I was told I couldn’t walk through the drive thru. 4 workers and only 1 car but they couldn’t be bothered to take my order. 🙁

I ordered white mocha with almond milk. Drove off and it has milk The label on the cup read Almond Milk. I’m lactose intolerant so I couldn’t drink it. I couldn’t turn around to let them know as I was getting on the highway. Make sure to taste your drink before driving away!!
