We were leaving Colorado early but planned to leave in time to grab coffee first. I saw this Starbucks was open at 6:00 so that worked perfect. Got there at 6:10, there was a lady wiping down some things at the counter. I went to the counter to order and she tells me, “I don’t have anything ready for you.”

Store is listed as closing at 8pm. At 4:08pm, I entered the line, 4th person back. After several minutes, the barista flagged me and told me that he could not serve me, it was too close to closing. When I stated that I had been in line for some time and asked when closing was, he dismissed me and did not answer. Maybe some of you will have better luck.

Worst customer service! Young lady working can’t be bothered to help anyone loves you standing for a good 10 minutes without saying a word. Make herself a drink! Really Starbucks maybe you should really rethink putting your stores in grocery store. They’re really giving you a bad name.

I ordered a venti size, but only the size was venti. The female staff doesn’t seem to know how many shots to put in the size of the drink. I think I drank venti-sized water.
