Ladies, we’re absolutely rude, they gave me an awful look when I didn’t gave no tip, also when ordering they did not have venti cups. And while getting my order, my coffee tasted like sh-it! And waiting on my cheese danishes were cold when asked to warm up. Anyways I will be stopping here anymore when I shop in the Co. Mills.

Anne was absolutely wonderful! I can tell she loves meeting new people, and is very friendly to my partners service dog! she always greets us with a good attitude, and is one of personal favorite people now!

Not only did I get a weird look from the barista when I walked up. But they looked dead at me as if I hwas a inconvenience to be there, and without saying hello, welcome, anything at all continued wiping down a counter and rinsing off a towel and without washing hands comes over and asked me what I like, I go to order and they don’t have a simple ingredient such as vanilla. It is my first time visiting this location as I was in the area dropping off a friend at work, but not only did the service and customer service suck but you don’t have a simple ingredient such as vanilla.

Quick service and the woman at the counter was especially helpful, kind and (I hope this is okay to say in a review) very attractive, haha. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the shocking lack of wall outlets. But other than that its fine.

Just wanted to leave a real quick review to say that the employee named Amelia did a great job tonight. I went in tonight to get a coffee, sense it’s my birthday, and right after I ordered the line got pretty long and she was working alone. She handled it so well, though. She was fast and efficient in making the drinks and my grande cherry mocha was amazing. Very pleased with my visit tonight.
