Very nice staff but I ordered a very berry hibiscus and got the dragonfruit passion refresher instead. Then I ordered a protein box and it’s not fresh as the photos show. Very disappointed. Staff is always nice but how did quality control fall through the cracks?

The young man behind the counter made us the best drinks we have had yet at a Starbucks. We were there 11/24/21 at about 5:30p if his bosses are paying attention. He was super friendly and attentive. We don’t live near the area to go there any time soon but we were super happy with our drinks so would frequent there if we lived closer (even my anti-Starbucks husband was a fan). The red head little girl that was the cashier was super rude. Please put signs if you don’t want the customers to look at the underneath baskets. However, the woman with the black hair and eyeliner was super sweet. I just hate how the red head girl literally yelled at me to not look at the basket under the display.

Inside Safeway. Service tends to not be your typical Starbucks service, overly friendly. Oftentimes it seems like a punisment for under-performing Safeway employees. I prefer the stand-alone Starbucks, to this one anyway.

This is inside a grocery store. It is not a real Starbucks. The Batista was not properly Starbucks trained. If you want a fancy Starbucks drink head elsewhere. If you don’t mind your coffee poured from a carafe you’ll be fine.
