There was only one employee at this time, so it makes sense it would take longer to get through a line, but this person was focused more on making friends and chatting with customers than actually making the orders. There’s a line between being friendly and wasting customer’s time. I actually had to leave my dog in the car to come inside, which I normally have no problem with, and because it was hot out I left my car windows slightly rolled down, but I was still concerned with how long I was leaving him alone out there because I wanted a coffee

This used to be my favorite location but the last 3 times I have been with the same person. ALL 3 times my order has been wrong. She doesn’t listen at all and makes what she wants. For the amount of money for a single coffee she should take the time to listen. To add. I’ve been the only person all 3 times to so you can’t blame it on being busy. Do better.

I 100% understand the lack of staff, however the 2 employees working were so rude. Young girl kept giving dirty looks to everyone when they would ask a question about their drinks. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to receive the wrong drink, when asked if they could fix it they told me no.

Unfortunately this location needs a lot of work. The employees have zero knowledge of the beverages they’re preparing, they’re consistently ‘out’ of cold brew (at 9am, come on ), they’re rude and inefficient. I go to Starbucks because I know I can count on consistency – obviously not at this location. I’d encourage you to get your coffee at another location where they actually care.

Thieves. Tried to charge for a full $6 for two shots over ice which is $3 at any location. Refused to correct it. Its not about the price its about the rude service and refusal to do your job properly.

This by far is my favorite Starbucks to go to, my drink is always the way I like it. We go in the morning before school if we have time and Tracie is always in a great mood, even if she is having a bad day or hard times I would never know it because she always has a smile on her face. She is very people friendly and always talks to my son about his day. They work hard to get the drinks out when low staffed so I greatly appreciate it. You guys are amazing

Zero regard for allergies, asked to make a coffee with oat milk due to a dairy allergy and she blatantly used whole milk and Carmel drizzle without asking (which also contains dairy).This isn’t the first time either. They are not sanitary and reuse the whole milk steamer cups for almond and coconut milk as well which is against what they are trained to do. Tracie is rude and couldn’t care less about the customers dietary needs or allergies.
