I came in around 5 pm and ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte. There were 3 employees that were goofing around. I was the only customer they had and it took at least 10 minutes to make my drink. The coffee wasn’t very good, the price was almost $7, the service wasn’t prompt, and bathrooms were disgusting.

Came in a few weeks ago and ordered two drinks. An iced chai with brown sugar, and a shaken espresso with brown sugar and whole milk. The iced chai was fine, the shaken espresso was made with oat milk, which I can’t drink so I asked them to remake it— normally I wouldn’t ask to have something be remade but I cannot drink oat milk. They remake the drink and the barista hands it back to me in a timely manner. I leave with my drink and I realize they forgot the brown sugar. This is where the issues start. I walk back in and immediately the barista I make eye contact with rolls her eyes and I see her say “oh my god she’s back”. Let it be known, I was not being rude at all. I was a Starbucks barista for quite some time, so I am very empathetic to Starbucks baristas and staff. I am then ignored for a few minutes even though there was maybe only three other people in there and I was watching the baristas just stand there. After I say excuse me for probably the third time the employee finally comes over and is very snappy with me. I apologized and said that the brown sugar hadn’t been added and asked for the pumps just in the cup. The barista begrudgingly puts the brown sugar in there and not really slams, but kind of harshly put the drink down on the counter despite my hand being extended out. I get that people have bad days but taking it out on a customer is lame.

It’s always great when I see representation for all people regardless of ability. I noticed the sign saying they have menus available in Braille and Large Print and wanted to praise this store for that. I was driving thru the area and this sign stood out to me as what makes this Starbucks location special!

Seems like a lot of people who visit this location have trouble getting light ice when asked and unfortunately, it happened to me. I didn’t even realize until I finished my drink in 5 seconds to my surprise. Employees are really nice, but I just don’t understand how this looks like light ice. I eventually asked for another one and the girl was super nice about it.
