Staff were smiling kindness dispelled and professional. Not crowded at 5;30 p.m. very clean and organized. Had a pizza hut and Starbucks location. Food and drinks were very well made and tasty.

Paid for 2 venti Cappuccinos with caramel! They gave me literally less then half a cup! When I asked why is it not full, they told me that that is how it is supposed to be ! It is not! I have been buying venti and I always get venti filled up! If I wanted a regular size I would have got small one! Never again!

Over all this I have to say is the best location in town, every time my wife goes she only wants one thing but she wants it one way and one way only and these guys get it right more often than not, so if I had to advise on a loc to go to it would be the one at West 34th and West loop 289!
