7/31/23 around 10:30 am. Terrible service, no one was at the register and then someone rushed over. When your name was called , i couldn’t figure out whose drink was whose when you were supposed to pickup order, labels were covered up by sleeve. I didn’t want to touch them. Lots left up there. The person who was calling out names didn’t even say thank you, very rude.

Came here on the way home for a quick drink, but even after calling to complain about the excess whip they put in our drinks they would only remake one because we couldn’t taste the espresso shot in it. Would not recommend you come here. Unless you like a splash of coffee with your whip cream.

Went today around 5 pm. There was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside. It was very clean. No line inside. They took my order quickly and friendly. The restrooms were very clean as well. By the time I went to wash my hands my drink was ready. It was delicious. I got a venti iced white chocolate mocha latte. I’d definitely go back here and recommend going to if your looking for a good Starbucks.

This place was amazing! I never seen the place where an extra employee is designated to hand out all the customers drinks and food. I also really like how they decorated the place. They were so nice they didn’t give you any bad attitude like some snotty-nosed Starbucks. If you come here often enough they actually get to know you and it’s pretty cool…. And at the end the gentlemanopen the door for my daughter and I!! Hands down best service in San Antonio or any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No way any Starbucks can compete to this!!!
