Stopped in bought items for my crew , and couldn’t even drink mine, you couldn’t taste the coffee & she was no-caring! Took it back to get another one she wanted to embarrass me about it by telling the other employee about it! I spoke up before the other could say anything because she was already laughing , I told her it was me! She was rude as well & didn’t apologize! I’ll never go back to this Starbucks!!!

I give 5 stars to Keegan, I don’t know if I spelled his name right! But he was so nice when I asked to make me that Ube Frappucino off the Starbucks secret menu! It’s been popular in our FB page and I thought I could give it a try! Wish all Starbucks shop staff like Keegan would be as nice as him! Great customer service! Kudos to you Keegan! Keep up the good work!

They were out of the syrup for my drink and instead of telling me they gave me a completely different drink. I am allergic to a lot of syrups and if I hadn’t read the label before drinking it I could have gotten very sick. Very incompetent.
