I stopped coming here last semester because my drink (the only drink I get from Starbucks for the past 3+ years) would never come out right, and when I tried to address how my drink wasn’t the right color or taste— they always argued with me about how it is in fact right even though it wasn’t. It’s especially weird that I can order the sake drink all over the state/country and I’d always get the same drink but I order it here and it always ends up messed up? Even the other remote Starbucks location across campus gets it right. I don’t understand what it is about this particular location.

Absolutely incompetent and RUDE staff. It is attached to my personal college, which i pay to attend. I have had to hold their hand through my order multiple times and they still mess it up. On top of that accuse people of stealing due to their own incompetence?? It is the only starbucks available on campus but i will simply not have starbucks. I worked for starbucks for 2 years and it is a whirlwind whenever i deal with this location. Disgusting that a company would allow to be represented in this way.

Apparently light ice means cup full of ice! When I asked politely to fix it, she drained some from the top along with foam, and gave it to me instead of remaking it. Now pistachio latte tastes like watered milk . $7 wasted !

Usually there’s not many problems with this Starbucks although the new employees need way more training. They were wayyyyy too slow with taking orders I mean there’s no sense of rush and everyone is taking their sweet time. Also, the cashier was confused when I told her I wanted and Iced Triple Espresso with Blonde Espresso… she was looking around on how to make it blonde and then ended up asking for my phone to look at the script I had written and just held onto my phone for about 5 minutes figuring out how to input this simple beverage and ended up making this ?? (attached) which was way more expensive than my og $3-4 order. I had to reiterate multiple times the size and creamer I wanted it was just a mess. I entered this Starbucks at 12:21, it’s 12:53 and I still don’t have my drink and have class at 1 rip.

Just waited 45 minutes for a drink. Everyone after me got their drink and so when I went up to ask about my drink, the girl making them was very rude to me. She then proceeded to make others drinks and when she finally made mine, it was wrong but I was so fed up that I just took it and left.

They’re always extremely slow, even when there are few customers. It’s rare that my drink is made correctly. I ask for no ice and they still put in ice. I do not ask for anything complicated — I just order what’s on the menu.

So I’ve been here a lot over the past few years, and recently with fewer it’s been better. My order is usually pretty specific because I’m doing low carb, but recently I haven’t had any issues. Pretty quick service too.

5+ people behind the counter with one person taking orders. 3 registers I the store only 1 or 2 get utilized and out of those 2 only 1 is cash which they neglect to tell you before hand its only after you’ve waited 20 mins to reach the counter that they share that information. This is a poorly run place, people just stand around looking lost and constantly asking how to do this or that. The signs that ask for patience I totally understand but there needs to be a cut off point to where those aren’t needed anymore. It’s a disservice to have those up and still employ people who can’t grasp which button to push or where to grab this from. Total disfunction and unorganized. By far the worst place on campus
