Located inside Allen premium factory outlet . Pretty crowded over the weekends . They do have decent seating area but you may not find place to seat. They were out of nitro brew so we ended up having iced coffee and lemonade iced tea. Both were good . Expect a bit of wait time due if busy . Staff are quite coordinative.

The two baristas were very rude. I asked for a cup of ice. They said that they weren’t able to give out ice. Because the ice machine takes to long to remake the ice. Understandable even though I’ve never had any other Starbucks say that. They had 2 of my drinks already made. Then took 10 minutes to make my third drink.

As my family was waiting for me at Starbucks they were all done ordering and finishing up their drinks me n my cousin entered without noticing that they already closed and cleaning , went to register to order the lady says sorry we already closed .. The manager came to the table asking what we would like to order he specifically took our order and made it for us and didn’t charge …. This is called customer service ….. highly recommended

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go; especially when its the middle of a outlet! A shopping day isn’t delightful without a cup of coffee to boost your energy up! I barely ever had to ever wait in a line, and you can come here whenever! In the morning to get a cookie, or maybe a coffee before work. You never know what a long day it’ll be. [For the non coffee likers:you can always say “Without coffee” at the end of your order!]
