Location is inside of Homeland but this Starbucks is nice because it’s easy too grab and go, the other Starbucks in ponca is always slammed so this is my place I go. If I’m in a hurry and need a coffee or snack this is the place. Plus the staff are very nice!

Coffee was cold when I finally got it, after being told it was being brewed fresh. I won’t go here for coffee anymore. Customer service is okay lady that took my order wasn’t very helpful and made me feel incompetent for not knowing the sizes! I go for the pup cup for my dog!

I normally have pretty decent service here. I’m there several times a week and I realize they are always slammed. But, when you don’t communicate with the cashier… I was accused of being rude. When asked how I was rude the barista said, WHATEVER. Everyone in the store heard. I’ve never been treated like that as a customer, anywhere.

its not it’s own building,with it being so small you cannot redeem points. I love going in the morning when Marsha works. She’s spot on when making orders,and she’s always so friendly. She remembers so many peoples orders,and so quick about getting you in and out. What more do you expect from a small town. ❤️❤️

It is located inside of Food Pyramid, and there are no places to sit and drink your coffee or eat, so basically it’s all to go. The employees are always nice. They have a small amount of merchandise to buy. You can’t get any of the promotions such as birthday drinks at this location because it is inside of a store. I really only have one thing that I don’t like about this Star Bucks. They don’t put enough flavor in my drinks half the time. My grand daughter got a strawberry frappuccino a couple of days ago that tasted like a diluted strawberry milk. It was so bad she didn’t drink it. That pretty much ruined her special Star Bucks time. We had already left and didn’t have time to go back and add flavor.

Normally there is a blonde who is very good and always friendly. She’s my favorite face when coming to this Starbucks. Always makes my drink right. Today, two girls were working. Both were extremely rude. Maybe they should find a job they love or at least fake it. After we paid she rudely shoved the tip jar up on the counter in between the edge of the counter and the register. The girl who made our drinks, was also unfriendly. She made our drinks wrong and only filled the cups up to a little over an inch from the top, while dumping out enough to make a small frappe. I wish there was a better way to contact management because I absolutely would. I drive over 30 minutes to this Starbucks and across state line. I’ll just start going to Derby.
