I was helped by Lacy (not sure if it’s spelled correctly). She was very kind in helping me figure out my drink. I had it remade once and she offered making it again if I didn’t like it. She said, “If you don’t like it, you’re not going to drink it and you paid for it”. That was very thoughtful as I was not wanting to be complicated. She went over and beyond to make sure I had a drink I was fully pleased with.

My only problem is the parking lot isn’t big enough I literally got stuck trying to get out of there. I was even late for work because of it and I had an hour to spare when I initially went in to grab coffee.

When I got there I was not greeted with a smile. She barely talked to me. She didn’t let me know my drink was ready. I customer told me. Another worker did ask me if I wanted her to make me another one. I said no and left when I got my croissant. The girl had short purple hair (in case management is going to do something). She should not have a customer service job. Zero stars

My husband loves this Starbucks above every other one that is anywhere near our location. He is super picky about his drinks and this is the only Starbucks that manages to get his order, not only right, but they make it perfect. Thank you to all the employees who work there because if it weren’t for you guys, he would be in a horrible mood without his coffee.

To the loyal customers that scan for Starbuck’s points , this place doesn’t scan , nor redeem them . Overall , my experience was very poor with a male worker that had short , brown hair that took my order . He was very rude about telling me that they didn’t accept points & was very rude taking my order . However , the girl with red hair that made my drink was very sweet and my frappè she made was amazing .

If i could give this place a zero I would. They couldn’t make my drink right twice i finally said naw just give me my refund back. Ive never been to a Starbucks where they can’t get my order right. Sad. My hubby’s drink was watery. While I was down visiting there I didn’t have any good coffee because Starbucks is the place I go to all the time and usually 5 different ones and they don’t mess up

I enjoy this location, everybody enjoys Starbucks! I love coming for the teas or iced hazelnut coffee. It’s great and I will always return especially for the drinks and delights! The staff is always friendly, make sure order is correct and always make sure your comfortable if your sitting inside. Either way this location is great.
