Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced on a campus. No eye contact, unpleasant demeanor and limited response with any question. Lastly, post your hours and place a closed sign when your are closed.

They never get my order correct… Charge me for something other than what I order even though I mention very clearly… Only come here for convenience… They really need to improve the staff training… Wish it was an actual Starbucks affiliated Cafe atleast service would be better.

Located in the food court of Loyola University. It’s pretty busy since most students get their coffee here. Can’t use your Starbucks app to avail offers like happy hour deals. You can only get purchase stars.
