Love my local Starbucks. I get a very picky drink & they do an amazing job at making my drink. this is the only Starbucks in like a 45 mile radius so I come here frequently, 4-5x a week to be exact. Such an Amazing team, Store manager Deb does an amazing job as well As Jake & Atlas.. the girls (sorry can’t think of their names!) everyone is awesome. Love the personal feel, just wish they could redeem rewards!

I love there coffee I always get the caramel macchiato with two pumps of peppermint it is amazing but if you dont want coffee try there pink drink or chai tea there both amazing

We had never had anything bad to say about Starbucks until this happened. So this evening I went to Starbucks and this young lady decided to be so rude to me and my children. She claimed she was stressed and that was the reason she was treating us like that. First of all, you don’t take your anger out on your customers. Second, if you have problems with the outside world then deal with them on your own, out of your job. Later the lady decided to call her manager which literally didn’t even help or calmed her down. Management didn’t even help us at all, later she “talked it over” with her. What she could’ve said or done was tell her not to treat customers that was or tell her the #1 business rule “Customers are always right”. So we managed to to go back and try to order our thing again. Then she ends up calling her manger and still continues to argue in front of her. The manager didn’t even tell her anything- again. Then the manager decided to give us the drinks for free. For real she made us feel so offended vaciar it made us seem that all we wanted was free stuff, which was not the case at all. We are not the type of people who go around town and argue to get free stuff, thank god we have our own money and we are able to afford going out to eat. And to end this, We couldn’t even drink our drinks because we were afraid that they had spit on our drinks.

Google says closes at 8 PM….we walked in at 7:30 PM. Been a very long week losing 2 friends that passed & very little sleep. Back tracked to Starbucks to take a break from car &g something to drink. Neither girl was in a hurry to help & were very unfriendly, especially the young blonde. I have worked retail for a number of years & in food service. Have to say I would NEVER go back this Starbucks!!

Customer service the give makes the experience so much greater. They are super friendly and make it their job to remember their return customers. Coffee’s are pricey but are so delicious. Definitely a place to get your coffee.
