Customer service sucks drinks taste horrible. I moved here from Wichita and been 3 times now and all 3 times I was irritated by the time I left… I literally drink Starbucks every morning but living here I went and bought a coffee maker. I won’t spend another dollar at this location

Not well trained employees. The girl tried to put my double espresso in a 20 ounce cup. The area is surrounded by extremely noisy refrigerators and drink machines. Unless you have severe hearing loss, sitting at the tables is torture.

This was the first Market Starbucks I’ve been to. It was very nice! The crew that worked there always asked how to help or if I needed help. They were very friendly! My order was always right and they even spelled my name right (Javier) when putting it on the cups. I visited at least three of the four days I stayed. I love me some Starbucks!

I went in to get a Mango Dragon fruit Large. They had no fruit they add to it so I said it was fine. Walked out to my truck and I noticed the drink had hair in it. So I went back in to ask for a refund. The lady at the register said she could not refund me because I did not have a receipt. I will never go to Starbucks ever.

Bad communication with barista . There’s no problem with telling me you’ll help me in just a minute, but allowing other customers to cut me off and helping them before without communicating with them that I was waiting before them is why I’m leaving this review .
