I was just at the Starbuck’s next to Dillon’s. Ordered a half caf americano. Tasty drink but it was lukewarm for temperature. I was told: “well, that is bc you wanted extra cream in your drink”. I have had dozens of Starbuck hot drinks that were hot even after the half and half is added! She did offer to make another one which is somewhat of a waste of a drink, and I don’t think it would have solved the problem of a drink maker that is not actually serving hot water for the drink’s base. Also, it would have been appreciated to be offered a way to warm up the drink which I imagine existed somewhere in the Dillon’s store. At the very least, customer service 101 is in order for these serving gals!

Everything is great at this place I don’t have to wait through the drive-thru to get what I want which makes it better than the bigger building! They’re always nice and courteous and always get my coffee build right!

I just want to give a shout out to the employee’s. They have always been great to us. When I moved to Hays 1 1/2 yrs ago. It only took a few visits before they knew exactly what I wanted. I would grab the expresso beans and they knew how I wanted it ground before saying anything. They have had a small issue with their grinder but they made it more then right with me. Always treated with respect and with a smile.

Amazing service, I will always come back. I skip the other starbucks in town just to come here. They’ve always been accommodating and helpful and friendly. I wish they had a tip jar. I’ve NEVER had an issue here. Been going for 1 year and a half.

We were in the drive through for 20+ minutes. Once we got up to order, we asked how much longer it would be, they said 5 minutes. It was 10+. The drink wasn’t good. Definitely not worth the wait. There was no heat sleeve on the cup. The staff wasn’t friendly. I’d recommend going to a different location.

Friendly staff. However, since the store just recently opened most of the employees do not have as much barista experience under their belt when compared to other baristas at other Starbucks locations, which can make wait times longer and increase the chances of them making a mistake on your order, so just be aware of that.

Five Stars when anybody but Kaitlyn is there. One when she is. She is unfriendly, short, seems real put out by having customers. She throws all the food out by 6:30 sometimes, and turns the lights out at an hour before closing time. It’s almost comical watching her. We have been there the last two days around noon, and the two guys working, have it going on. They are friendly, courteous, and fast. Perfect for what one expects from Starbucks!
