The last few experiences haven’t been great. The barista’s act like they don’t want to be there and are kinda rude. More than a handful of times, they have been closed due to whatever reason. I go to this Starbucks because it’s close to my work but I stopped going because the service is horrible.

Ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it tasted awful. I get these often. There were large chunks of ice and I could barely taste the caramel. Just tasted like a blended plain coffee 🙁

While every other coffee shop , even Macdonalds will have decaf on hand or gladly make a pot, you are greeted here when you order a decaf or half caf with a painful explanation of how they don’t have decaf on and what trouble it will be for you to order it.
