I’m from Los Angeles and when I came into this starbucks totally different service. Smash bread in the plastic bag like if I purchased it in a liquor store. Rude service or i should say racist … I want chocolate powder on top of my coffee and batista snatched it from my hand and told me that I couldn’t have it and she threw it on the trash saying “it doesn’t work anyway it’s expired” seriously starbucks will have expired things for customers… I don’t think so… bad experience, not recommend, not coming back.

Ash was my servicer and was absolutely rude. After I ordered she said it will ne a few minutes. After her helping 2 other customers the other girl behind the counter noticed my drink sitting behind the counter and asked who it belonged too and then gave it to me. Terrible service and not good for Starbucks.

Waited 25mins before severed. Not Baristas fault, looked short staff. Spent $17 on (2) drinks missing a main ingredient…. Never again Target Starbucks.. you got me messed up (3) times.

I went for the first time thinking it would be like every other coffee shop but boy was I in for a ride I should have turned around and left the second I walked in a saw a long line but I was desperate for my coffee me and my friend ordered and we waited and we waited and every coffee order that got called out was returned after a sip because it was the wrong order I don’t know if it was a off day but me and my friends coffees sucked and we spent a lot of money I am very sad

Stopped in to purchase 4 drinks and a couple other items. While looking at my receipt I realized I was charged for five. No big deal, so I told the one working. She tried saying something just rang up weird. So she re rang it back up and the price was different. She then gave me what she thought should be the difference of $2.22. In reality it should have been $4.73, she gave me the difference of the original subtotal minus the new total after tax. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but she was super rude over the whole situation. Thanks Abi!

The girls working were really upset about the fact that they had to remake our drink that was asked to be dairy free. Lied about using oat milk when they were out of it. If I could leave a lower rating than 1 star I would.

I’ve frequented this Starbucks for a few years since moving to Joplin and it was previously the BEST in town. The new staffing has completely killed that, specifically a girl with dark hair. It’s apparent that she should be in the fast food industry rather than in a coffee house well known for its friendly employees and atmosphere. I’ve been a Starbucks patron daily for 20 years and this was my first encounter with a snarky employee ever. Such a disappointment.
