This is a nice Starbucks located on the University of Central Missouri campus. I have visited this location multiple times. There is no drive-thru but there is a decent amount of parking. The staff is always very friendly. There is often been a line when I visited but it does move quickly. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. This location is nicely decorated and clean. There is a public restroom.

The coffee quality was great! I didn’t like what I got, but you could definitely taste the high quality in the coffee. They had amazing service and were very polite and actually made me laugh. My favorite drink would have to be one of their mocha frappes. They were hella packed though. Line was long, but moved pretty fast.

I go to this Starbucks all the time, and I don’t have a single complaint. The baristas are always so kind! I have never felt like I was a burden to any of them. They are extremely efficient in getting orders out to customers. The facility is so clean. I couldn’t say enough good things!

While the staff is nice and the drinks and food typical Starbucks, my main complaint is them forgetting your orders. If you order more than just a drink, they will forget the bakery order at least 1/3 of the time. Then it takes a while to actually get ahold of a staff member to remind them that you’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for your food, and there have been customers who ordered food after you and are already gone. And they don’t even apologize for the inconvenience and extra time waiting.

They are not considerate of the hard hearing as I did not get my sandwich I ordered , as they did not loudly say the order, so I asked where my sandwich was, they said someone else took it and was out of stock… so I got stuck with some other sandwich I had not ordered … and my drink (chai latte) tastes like water , not a chai flavor to be found. Very disappointed and know never to let dumb college students make my food or drinks ever… they dont know a thing about good customer service.
