They are super sweet people everywhere I have to go I have to make sure everything is gluten free so when I ask and I explained to them why I’m asking they always tell me not to worry about asking and not to feel bad about it because I know it can be annoying to some but very thankful to this company for showing love to just regular customers

I just wanted to say, the best executive decision you’ve made as a company, is hiring a new manager for this Starbucks. My husband is having back surgery as we speak, but prior to heading to the hospital I wanted to run in and grab the newest addition of Starbucks cups since I won’t be able to get out for awhile. People were friendly but the coffee tasted burnt. I bought a gift card and didn’t realize until I was wrapping the gift later that the receipt they gave me wasn’t for the card. I hope it works. I have been here before a long time ago and the coffee was fine then, maybe it was just an off day or something.

This Starbucks location used to be my favorite. The old staff was so nice. The current workers, 2 in particular Cheyenne and Krista, aren’t very nice. Matter of fact, they can be downright rude. You should not be working at a place known to be extremely friendly If you are not a friendly person!! When I see that they are working, I just turn around and walk the other way and go to the other Starbucks in town.
