Staff was wonderful and helpful as usual. Coffee IMHO is always jacked up with a ton of sugar and is overpriced. However, anyone who has been to a Starbucks already knows this and is exactly what some people want. Truly I’ve never had a problem with any order or staff member so if a hot cup of sugar with 3 shots of espresso is what you need, these folks have it.

Stopped in at this Starbucks on the way home from St Louis because, of the two in Mt Vernon, this was the only one open. Went up to the counter behind someone who was ordering and one of the FOUR employees behind the counter looked past the other customer to me and told me they’re closed for lunch. I guess all FOUR of them had to go to lunch at the same time, so they just shut everything down and tell the customers to go hang.

I go there at least once a week and the employees are always super friendly! Don’t think I’ve ever had a bad coffee from them (my go-to is iced white chocolate mocha). The only times I’ve had a long wait is when only one person is working by themself and trying to take care of an influx of orders. Overall a great place

The Starbucks outside this Kroger wasn’t open until 8am (which is insane to me)… & then the Starbucks inside this Kroger watched us stand in line for over 15 minutes before she said her kiosk is down & would be a while before she could serve us!?! Going to find a Dunkin Donuts now.
