The girl who made my drink first made it wrong then had a bad attitude and just tossed my shoved my drink under the window and didn’t say anything. It would be nice to have better customer service and to announce who’s drink it is so I don’t pick up someone else’s drink

Going inside the small Cafe and not being able to sit anymore is disappointing but I hope that changes soon.

I was in Target and the young lady in there refused service to me and my daughter. Told us we had to do our shopping first before we could order anything. No where does it state that it is their policy anywhere. We were there just a week ago and ordered and a different employee that was there served us before we started shopping. I did she her when we were in self checkout serving people that just walked in the door as well. I’m really not sure as to why she rejected my daughter and myself. Customer service has gone down hill.

Very bad experience. There was only one barista today and he up and left. There were 4 people left in line. 2 groups of 2 to be exact. He said, “sorry guys I just can’t make another coffee today”. We thought he was joking so we laughed it off. He then proceeded to take off his apron, turn the lights off, and close the shop at 3pm. They normally don’t close until 9pm. I understand he might’ve had a rough day, but it’s your job to make coffee. He also said he was going to quit the job entirely. So overall not exactly what we expected today, but quite the experience.

Starbucks in Target is the best. Great customer service and coffee every time!

The newest Starbucks in the Quad Cities off JDR has quickly become my favorite. The parking and drive through hassles of the other Moline location are not a problem here. Easily accessible. No traffic nightmares. No getting stuck in your parking spot because of the drive through line. Staff is friendly and helpful. I typically prefer to order on the app and pick up and my order is always right and waiting for me. And I always get a thanks on my rushed run out their door. It’s bright and open and sunny. Nice seating areas. My only “complaint” is that I wish there was a two-chair and table set like the three-chair lounging areas. Can’t win them all.

I stopped into this Starbucks while out shopping and the barista was very friendly. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake frappuccino. She said she had never made it before and we had some friendly conversation about it. I tried it immediately and told her she did a great job. Everything about this visit was great.

Just left this location. There was only one Barista working today, and he rocked it. Richard moved quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to be pleasant about it. I have been served much more slowly by many more baristas on duty. Excellent job Richard!

This Starbucks is inside Target. The young ladies working there are the best. Pleasant personalities and do a good job making a consistent drink every time you go through the door.

if they don’t like making certain drinks why don’t they just go work somewhere else instead of complaining directly in front of customers
