I am never one to really put reviews but this morning I went to order my matcha drink and nothing was wrong with my order until I now. I am almost halfway done with my drink until I sip on my something that felt like paper or I don’t know and no it is not the tissue paper because you see in the picture the thing that I sipped is darker green. I have never seen a matcha drink like this. My drink has not left my sight at all today. So can someone just explain to me what this is. It looks like napkin or something but what is part of orange color and the rest dark green?

Love this place. The only thing is that it’s been a couple times where I’ve been with friends late to drink our coffees and chat a bit cause supposedly they close at 10pm, well they always kick us out around 9:30pm. I understand the employees want to go home early, but the closing time says 10pm.

Not good service here, waited forever for our drinks and I do understand that it was busy, there were a lot of people, but I don’t understand why they couldn’t make the drinks in order. I ordered 2 drinks and got one and then people that ordered after me kept getting their drinks, then when I asked for mine 2 workers had to stop what they were doing to see what was going on. That was so unnecessary. After I asked they answered me like I shouldn’t have even asked and then didn’t even do my drink right away they just walked away.

Left the girl at the drive through a $5 tip and both her and her manager declined to rinse off my thermos… the fact that she had to call her manager is what is hilarious to me lmao.. never again

I go to every Starbucks around Chicago and Suburbs this was a great experience. Right away I was greeted and asked if it was for pick up. I gave him my name and he right away got it from the drive through section. Super nice guy. Coffee is delicious (even if you order the same thing every location is different) Top notch costumer service!

I ordered a hot americano with oat milk on the side, and they were like they don’t understand my language. they are racial profiling here and just dont care.

I just went there. Bad customer service. The girl was very rude, like in a hurry when there was no line. She didn’t ask me what flavor or what else did I want with my coffees, she just gave me two plain coffee and the cream just because I asked. Not coming again!!

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and order the same drink. I’ve never had a problem until now. Went in around 8:20 and order a Vanilla iced chai latte. Whom ever the girl was taking my order made it so complicated. She kept asking if I wanted hazelnut ? Since when does the Chi latte have hazelnut? Maybe it’s new I don’t but I was a bit confused when she asked me if I wanted 6 pumps of hazel? So I went to back to my order history making sure it never carried hazelnut. So at this point, I tell her I just want vanilla. She’s still being patient and asking what I want. When I approach to pay. The drink contained hazelnut. So I told her I didn’t want hazelnut. Then her whole attitude changed and takes the drink back and tells me she’ll just refund me. Ma’am so just because you got the drink wrong I can’t order what I liked? She got mad started to tell her coworker. I showed her a past order so she knows what it contains and then she said “you said you wanted French Vanilla” ma’am I never said that. Anyways she makes my drink hands it to me mad and closes the window. Reason why I’m leaving a bad review is because I’ve had times where the barista makes a mistake on a order but still gives appropriate customer service. It’s really annoying when you go somewhere and you get people like this girl getting mad or having an attitude just because the order was wrong. I highly suggest you treat everyone with great customer service. A smile can go a long way.
