Used to almost never get the same drink twice despite always ordering the same thing, noticed a few months ago my order started getting made more consistently and the staff even started recognizing my face and voice and knew my order when i pulled up to the menu board. They have definitely gotten much better making consistent tasting coffee, the only problem i have now is the price ($5 for a coffee)

Received my drink and they customized it without getting my consent. I’m okay if my mango dragon fruit doesn’t have the fruit inclusions to make it the purple color. But I received my drink with strawberry bits in it… didn’t ask for that to be done. She gave me the drink like if it was okay. I just wanted my drink so I just took it…. My drink ended up tasting like a strawberry refresher within an hour.

I have been patient with this starbucks. I usually order Caramel Crunch Frappe. Used to always be delicious as it should taste. Lately, what i have been getting is not ok. If i REALLY wanted FROZEN MILK I would do that at HOME. So ridiculous, I hope this Starbucks gets new employees. Such a waste of money I wish i could get a refund for every dime i spent here every time i received a FROZEN MILK FRAPPE.

i ordered a venti strawberry asaii with no water and to add peach juice. i accidentally forgot to ask for it without lemonade. once i tasted it, it was very sour and the color was light which indicated to me that there was lemonade in it. i get the same drink everyday so i know when it’s different. the thing that made me mad was the fact that the barista wouldn’t remake my drink, due to pure laziness. it’s fine that there was lemonade in it, but the fact that she couldn’t remake it for me says a lot. won’t be going to this location again. waste of money.
