I usually like studying here because it’s open late and most coffee shops close so early. My complaint here are the bathrooms. They’re always dirtyyyy it honestly looks like no one cleans them, ever. Also homeless people definitely come in and use them. I try to avoid using them unless I REALLY have to go.

This Starbucks is always busy and people (mostly Northwestern U students) are always coming and going. There’s plenty of seating and so I have always been able to grab a seat at the tall long table. There are atleast 4 other coffee shops within walking distance in downtown Evanston in case you can’t get a seat here.

This Starbucks store is very spacial, with a lot of places to work with a laptop are sit and talk. Only several tables outside (for the summer months). Employees are nice and the service is fast.

Worst Starbucks store. They don’t want to make my coffee because it not as easy as cold drink. They just want me wait forever because I’m an Asian female. I didn’t get my coffee on time and late to work. Have a bad day start with Starbucks at Sherman Ave.

Great starbucks in general, lovely amount of room for lounging, excellent drinks, and for the most part great service even when busy. But in my whole time of purchasing starbucks I have never been as uncomfortable and unwelcome as I was today. I’m a person who likes my drinks with heavy inclusions and this has NEVER been an issue. I mobile ordered so I’m sure the lady making my drink wasn’t aware that the drink she was making was mine, but even so other customers shouldn’t have had to hear her making fun of my drink, complaining about the inclusions, and overall being rude while placing my drink down so I could get it. Everyone in my group was shocked with this behavior, I understand being frustrated but I had paid for my drink just as everyone else and I didn’t appreciate the open, loud, blatant remarks. I will not be shopping at this Starbucks every again and neither will my friends. NOT to mention they had made several of my groups drinks wrong and given them an extremely tough time when they asked to have them fixed. We are not people who like to complain but this was the worst customer experience we’ve ever had.

Ordered on my mobile and got there about 5 minutes later and my drinks were ready for pick up. They were also made well and filled up to the top. The place it self looks clean and big with extra space on the outside to sit and enjoy. In front is street parking. Will come back.

They have taken away all the tables and chairs and closed the bathrooms even the cream and sugar but your dirty possibly infected hands could touch every sandwich salad and drink there I guess they missed the memo on that part see photos

Standard Starbucks store setup, very spacious with a lot of tables and chairs where you can work on a computer or relax and have cup of tea or coffee. This time I order passion Tango tea lemonade and really enjoyed it on a hot summer day.
