I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing, especially Danielle and Jacky! They’re always super sweet and my drink tastes great when they make it. The refreshers are always super sweet and flavorful at this location, while at others they’re watered down.

I was disappointed today when I tried to use my birthday reward at this location and was told that it is not coming up in their system. I did show them the reward on my phone through the app and through the email and they could not get it to process… Instead of doing a right now recovery which is available to them they offered me the drink at 50% off. Needless to say I did not get my drink at this Starbucks…. Instead I went to another location and not only did I get my drink but was given a free birthday cake pop!

This is a Starbucks inside a Target. I have lucked into no line the two times I’ve been here, but that is definitely NOT typical for a Target Starbucks. Even with no line, making the drink and getting the food takes much longer than at a traditional Starbucks. I’m not sure if the employees are Target employees who get a bit of extra training, because they are not as efficient as regular Starbucks employees. The employee was pleasant and friendly, and my order was right.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The girls were slow as molasses and were swearing and talking about how they got injured during sex. And this was all in front of a family that had little children…. I didn’t even get a receipt or even any kind of kind customer service.

Horrible customer service. When I was checking out using a gift card they messed up and never returned my money to my gift card. The staff was unapologetic and didn’t offer any type of resolution for their mistake just stared at me and I had to use my debit card to pay even though i wanted to use the gift card…

Starbucks O Starbucks! When I visited this location, it was in and out. The habiscus tea wasn’t so flavorful, but they did add berries without making such a fuss. If I’m in need of something and happen to be near this location, I would return.

Over-priced, ultra caffeine laden coffees that taste like burnt dog hair. But their caramel Frappucinos are the nectar of the gods. The chorizo breakfast sandwich is amazing. Judging from all the other people there, it is a good place to write your next screenplay, talk about your significant other, or just be a pretentious douche that is too good to get a $1.50 coffee from Dunkin Donuts a mile away.
