Excellent service best in 3 years at this location thanks the Barista Josh had great energy,positive vibe and my drink was made correctly!!! He made conversation truly impressed with his service. Starbucks is always slow and there’s nothing that blows me away by their coffee. They seem to never have dark roast brewed and there treats, yet tasty, always seem like prepackaged gas station goodies . The gal who took my order was extremely nice but that’s about the only thing worth while about the visit.

Best Starbucks for online pickup orders. I have used the app multiple times and my order is ALWAYS ready when I arrive and walk in. I order at least $20 worth of drinks because I buy for wife and daughter so this is wayyyy better than sitting in a long drive thru line

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 venti frappes. There were 3 staff working, one started making my drinks then she handed them off to another employee that was already busy making drinks. And then she walked away, she came Back a few mins later to see that the gal hadn’t finished my drinks. She rolled her eyes and completed my drinks. She set the drinks on the counter, I asked for a drink tray, the girl threw the drink holder across the counter at me, I then asked for straws as I wasn’t given any, the girl again rolled her eyes and threw the 2 straws on the counter at me also. I would NOT recommend this Starbucks. It’s worth the drive across town to go to the other one.

Usually this location has been great but last few visits are making me question going here again and will probably stick to the target locations. Drinks ibhave ordered just are not made the best and while waiting in the drive thru a barista HAD A COFFEE CUP IN HER MOUTH BEFORE SHE PREPARED IT FORBA CUSTOMER. GROSS!

I ordered a simple chai tea latte and was givin hot watery milk instead! The cup had sticky syrup on the out side.just awful it’s gotten worse there and I advise you go to the one in target instead so much better.
