Inconsistency is a major problem at Mankato’s Starbucks. We find that more than 50% of the drinks we order are not according to our specific requests. Baristas need to be better trained and to take their time in preparing chai lattes, as they are always different.

Wonderful stop before you shop! Baristas are always friendly, helpful, and have a great sense of humor. I also appreciate that my coffee is always exactly the right temperature to start sipping right away. Keep up the good work!

My daughter loves this place. The other day she had a card not working and the cashier or barista worked with her several times to figure it out. Eventually she gave my daughter her drink until we could come back with cash. Excellent customer service. All smiles the whole time.

I waited 15 minutes for my Grande skim mocha. Nothing special, and 8 frapps and 5 special lattes went out before mine, and they ordered after me. There was nobody in line before me. Barista didn’t apologize or offer to make a new one when I said it was cold.

Really good coffee as ussual. I like Starbucks but what knocks a star off is pricing. Just a bit too damaging on the pocket book.
