I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.

Very disappointed in my visit today. When I got my drink it was about 75% full, little irritated but thought oh well, I will get a refill before I leave so its all good. I go back to get refill after my shopping and was told they don’t do that and was very rude about it. I told them its been done here before. She insulted the staff that was working when this occurred and continued to be extremely rude.

Kenzie was the rudest Starbucks employee I’ve ever encountered. She was on a power trip and looking for a fight. This was my worst and least friendly Starbucks visit ever.

Fast and friendly staff that seemed to know what they were doing. My only issue with this location, and I’ve noticed this from a few other Target Starbucks locations, is that they don’t always carry the seasonal Starbucks beans.

Workers laughed at us when we asked if they were still open. They turned off the lights and tried to hide from us so they wouldn’t have to serve us. Seriously a bad reflection on the company.
