I got a couple drinks for myself and my family. It was a good exprence. The staff were nice and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. They were very quick abd friendly. I had my son and god daughter with me who they helped recommend drinks for them. Even placing smiles on their cups. It was a fun stop for the family. All the drinks came out wonderful.

I’m a Starbucks fan. I’ve had nothing but a great experience at our new Starbucks in town prior to today. I was told that due to a lack of staff the doors were locked so I walked around to the drive up window where I was told that for their safety I could not be served without 4,000 lbs of metal burning gas surrounding me. Rather than pour me a cup of coffee I was politely sent away. Fear rules our world, even at the local coffee shop. Sad commentary.

One of the few Starbucks that I actually enjoy. Normally I get a chocolate croissant and they actually ask if I want it warmed up or not. I don’t like it warmed up as I love the crunch. Staff is very friendly and you can tell that they are not faking a smile on their face. Very enjoyable talking with them.

This Starbucks is located inside the Grand Rapids Target store. The staff are friendly and service oriented. On one occasion recently, I wasn’t completely satisfied with my drink. When I told them this, they happily remade the drink to my satisfaction. Lately it’s harder and harder to find businesses that put customers first. Although this is just a single anecdote, it seems to suggest that this location has the right stuff.
