I stopped by this Starbucks and had the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. I bought a breakfast sandwich at another Starbucks. I didn’t have a chance to eat it for about an hour. I stopped at this Starbucks and asked them if they could reheat it for me. The guy and girl at the counter ( Juliese and Chloe) said no, they can’t do that. I proceeded to ask her to make me another sandwich. And she said that I can buy another sandwich if I want. Any decent person would have either reheated that sandwich or would have “OFFERED” to make me a new one. Theses results the type of people that will destroy a buisness.

August 12 2021 I come in the store at 1:10 pm I Think the parista name is Rachel , I was not sure. I have been customer with Starbuck for 10 years today I had the worst experience ever. She made my drink wrong and keep telling it s right. I have the same drink all the time with starbuck that is matcha frab with matcha cold foam, which i had to pay extra for that. she didnot put matcha in my cold foam, i didnt wanna take what i ordered. She gave my matcha frab with a white cold foam. she literally stand there argue with it is my drink. I dont whoever train her to work as parista

Wow what an amazing cup of service, 6 am all excited for a cup of Joe and danish and the gal obviously didn’t get her cup this morning. Treated everyone like we were an issue for being in line. Double Expresso up earlier girl!
