I mainly go to this location if I’m shopping at Target. Now I contain myself and go to a drive thru instead. Every time I got something here they either didn’t really know about the app (rewards, points and stuff) or my drink is made really poorly. We had a frappe a couple weeks ago that I literally had a couple sips and I was done with it. It tasted really bad!

I try to make this my only Starbucks I go to. It’s definitely a welcoming, low key vibe. Had the pleasure of meeting Brooke, who made my iced brown sugar oatmilk blonde espresso perfect. So smoothe as it is but I do get caramel drizzle added to the recipe. Anyway, I always look forward to stopping by. Thanks, Brooke, for the utmost delightful experience.

One star is a stretch. My daughter just ordered a pink drink without ice – over $6 – and they literally filled it 1/3 of the way. She has ordered this a million times at a million different Starbucks, and we’ve never had this happen. Totally understand if they don’t fill it all the way because of room for ice, but this was extreme. When I asked about it they said they’re afraid of running out. Um, what? Will not be coming back here.

This location was run by a bunch of teens that were just talking to one another . I ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and it had zero chocolate or mocha. It tasted and looked like straight up watered down milk.

I wanted to order a brewed coffee and use my stars to pay. I asked if the brewed coffee Christmas Blend was a medium roast or dark roast. The first person didn’t know so they asked their coworker who assured me that it was a medium roast (it’s a dark roast I found out later). I ordered the coffee with half-and-half. They worker scanned my phone and charged me rather than using my stars. Then, they added my order to the queue rather than just pouring the brewed coffee. Finally, they poured my coffee and then went in back to find more half and half. When they opened it, the worker then decided they needed to steam the half-and-half before adding it to my brewed coffee. Never in my life have I seen someone steam half-and-half before adding to brewed coffee. What a weird, slow, and slightly disappointing experience.

This location is terrible!! Avoid at all costs! The employees do not care what they give you ordered a salted caramel mocha and it was pretty much just water! They are incredibly slow on top of it! Luckily I went over to the location by the McDonald’s since my family was getting that and they made me a new one free of charge and gave me the experience I should have gotten to begin with! If I was Starbucks I would remove my label from this location really gives them a bad name! Even if it isn’t corporate location!
