I’m having a terrible allergic reaction to the dairy in my “dairy-free latte.” Specifically told them it was an allergy (casein AND lactose) and asked for oatmilk. Was charged for the oatmilk, but was clearly given Milk. It’s horrible, and painful, and I’m struggling with work and unable to take care of my kids as a result. Not to mention the havoc it’s wreaking on my body.

Order every day a Vente Iced Chai with no ice to avoid the additional .30 charge for ice which is ridiculous so the drink is $5.65 as stated on the board…today I was charged additional because they told me I was getting extra product. Paid the additional charge – no apology, got to work and I got iced milk with a slight hint of chai, not the normal amount.

Zero. That’s how many times out of the last 3 visits that our order has been right. When I asked for it to be corrected, I got attitude, as if it was my fault. They don’t read back orders, so there’s no way to check before they hand it to you.

Starbucks cannot charge 30¢ for no ice in your Coffee or Iced Chai. ONLY REFRESHERS . Keep the receipt call Starbucks corporate get entire order free. Then do a Google review. Sheesh. It’s Ok who doesn’t love great coffee for free. Be sure to Thank the wonderful staff for overcharging you.

This location consistently disappoints. The beverages are rarely full and often are missing the espresso. I really wish there was another store in my area. The only positive thing going on here is the friendly workers.

Completely out of any carmel flavoring and no suger free vanilla. Ended up ordering a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Im not sure what I got but it was NOT what I ordered. Question the person working the window about it not being right amd she stood there dumb founded with nothing to say. Says vanilla sweet cream cold brew but its not what is in the glass.

Always such a disappointing experience. Constantly out of everything but today was the worst, they were out of all chocolate drinks and couldn’t make any warm food items. The workers are generally rude and don’t seem to follow the standard recipes as the drinks are often different tasting each time.
