Today, we had the worst customer service experience at the Starbucks located inside Target Vadnais Heights. The barista had dark hair and was a young male. He did not greet or acknowledge my husband or I. He simply just stared at us. It became very awkward, therefore, I initiated the conversation, “Are you available to take my order?” Still, no words, but he nodded his head up and down in frustration. We can clearly tell his day was not going well- his actions were quite unprofessional. No matter how difficult your day is going or what life may throw at you,..I hope you understand that your personal issues should be left at the front door when you clock-in. I work in a very professional building and my mother’s health is deteriorating everyday. Never once have I shown any of my patients the stress or frustration I am feeling when I arrive at work. If you’re having a hard time coping with your lifestyle,..I hope you can reach out for help. If you’re not enjoying your job,..I hope you can find a new one. Best of luck!

Painfully slow despite not being understaffed. Would definitely give a pass if that was the case. They prioritize the drive through line and people inside are waiting forever. Took me 25 minutes to get two drinks even though there was no line when I ordered. When I let them know they forgot one, a normal pike roast, it took another few minutes to get it while other drinks (assuming for the drive through) kept getting made

I really regret coming to this starbucks they were SUPER rude. This is the worse experience ive had at a starbucks. Guy was not aware of his customers (it wasnt even busy) threw the cups as if he was mad or annoyed when he took the order. His responses were passive aggresive. Just go to another location trust me .

Pink Drink DELICIOUS! Very friendly cashiers, but they were out of an ingredient for the drink…it still tasted good for my daughter and I though. Clean and tidy atmosphere too.

Asked for a caramel apple spice (non-coffee cider) and the barista clarified “apple machiatto?” I said “no, caramel apple spice” he then proceeded to make the macchiato. When I brought it back and asked for the caramel apple spice again, he said “oh I wasnt sure which you wanted but it was one of the two so I guessed.” I clarified again that I wanted a “hot apple cider drink, the Caramel Apple Spice” he then made a hot apple juice, no caramel, no whipped cream, no spice, just hot apple juice. He told me 2x to try it right there when I said it smelled right and then demanded I try it right there. It was so hot I burnt my tongue and lip and could not taste whether it was correct or not. Upon leaving I opened the cup and saw it was yet again incorrect. No whip or caramel. I have searched the entire city and despite having it on their menu they are either out of supplies or make it wrong every time. I cant have caffeine and this repeated failure has been so frustrating.

I usually grab a coffee and a treat for my daughter before we begin our target shopping. Past couple times their espresso machine has been down , so I’ve chosen iced decaf coffee instead. Staff is friendly too.
