My last experience here was awful. The ice maker was broken so no iced drinks were available. I got pikes peak brewed coffee, that’s my go to hot drink and it tasted like nasty old gas station coffee. It was a waste of nearly $8. Bagged ice is cheap enough and could’ve been used as an alternative. Or, just close if you can’t sell a quality product.

So grossed out. Saw a lady being trained which is fine. She pumped something and must have got it on her hand as my husband saw her lick her hand and kept working and didn’t wash her hand. I was very thankful to see her got to the back when we ordered.

I believe Linda was the name of the very kind and hard working woman on New Years Eve 2021. She was working on her own while having a never ending line. Even while super busy and being out of supplies, she never faltered her pleasant and calm attitude. Super disappointed, my mom and I were shopping at target in janesville and decided to grab a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location, we asked for a decaf. Vanilla iced coffee. The young lady behind the counter looked at us as if we were speaking gibberish! She rudely replied “we don’t sell that type of stuff”. Like seriously?! How do you not have decaf coffee? Absolutely will not visit again, the customer service was terrible, rude, and just resting b**** faced the whole time.
